I gladly accept returns and exchanges except as noted below.

To request a Refund or Exchange please contact me by emailing roxann.slate@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Ship items for Refund or Exchange back to me within 30 days of delivery.

Upon receipt of your refund or exchange request, you will receive the address to ship your return to. Upon receipt of returned item(s), your refund/exchange will be processed. Please allow up to 5 business days processing time for refunds and/or exchanges.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
